Cantabria is an autonomous community in the north of Spain. The first is the Cantabrian flag and the second is the Spanish flag.
People in Cantabria are called "cántabros" and also "montañeses" because we´ve got beautiful mountains. Cantabria also has amazing beaches and wonderful food. A typical dish is the "cocido montañés" (a stew). Here is a picture:
It is made of beams, cabbage, morcilla and chorizo. We love it!
